Next-generation Porsche 911 Targa to go retro - report

Could ditch the retractable glass roof

The 2012 Porsche 911 is still shrouded in mystery, but a new report is indicating the Targa variant will take a nod from the past.
Citing reports out of Germany, Teamspeed says the model will ditch the retractable glass roof and adopt a more traditional removable roof. Additionally, the car would be distinguished by a prominent B-pillar and a unique rear window.
We're taking everything with a grain of salt, but the redesigned Porsche 911 Targa will likely be introduced in the next year or two.
