Rolls-Royce procession gets police escort in Italy

Italian military police, the Carabinieri, escort a parade of Rolls-Royce models at the Villa d'Este event on Lake Como

A procession of Rolls-Royce models were escorted by the Italian Carabinieri in Italy as the cars made their way from the Villa d'Este Concorso d'Eleganza to a special lunch in the town of Bellagio organized by Rolls-Royce for a few selected guests.

The selection of models in the parade included the Rolls-Royce Phantom, Phantom Drophead Coupé, Phantom Coupé and Ghost models. The Villa d'Este Concorso d'Eleganza motoring event took place over the weekend on May 22 and 23.

Beyond the police escort, the guests were also treated to a trip on Lake Como via J-Craft Torpedo motor cruisers to their luncheon date.
