Bugatti Galibier headed for production as Royale revival - report


Could debut later this year

According to a recent report, Bugatti will unveil a production version of the 16C Galibier concept later this year - possibly at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
Autoblog.nl says the car will revive the legendary Royale moniker which was first used in the 1920's.
The 16C Galibier concept featured all-wheel drive and an 8.0-liter 16-cylinder engine that was rumored to produce 800 PS (588 kW / 789 hp) to 1,000 PS (735 kW / 986 hp).
