ArmorTech teases new ZIL limo

From Russia with love

ArmorTech, the company behind the stretched Bentley Mulsanne, has been selected to build a new ZIL limousine.

Details are limited, but the model will be based on a leading European luxury car - possibly the Mercedes S-Class - and feature the "highest level of comfort and safety." Two wheelbases are planned and the longer variant will be able to accommodate four passengers in the rear seating compartment.

Styling will be inspired by past ZIL limos and the sketch seems to suggest we can expect a massive grille, a compact greenhouse and a slab-sided profile.

No word on when the car will be unveiled, but we'll have full details when it makes its debut.
