Driver loses quite an important bit of the car during take-off. Best internet video ever?

Details are sparse, but using our expert powers of deduction, this is a video of a man in a helmet attempting to drive a dragster.
We say attempting, because halfway through this action of ‘driving', the helmeted chap appears to lose control of his dragster. Because the steering wheel pops off.
