Team Hot Wheels - Yellow Driver's Near-Crash During Testing
Video shows near-miss in practice run for record-setting Team Hot wheels jump at the Indy 500
Stunt driver Tanner Foust made a record-setting jump at the Indy 500 this year in a real-life Hot Wheels ramp set-up that saw him flying 332 ft (101.2 meters) through the air and making a perfect landing.
Well, a lot of practice was involved is setting up a stunt like that and in this video we see a near-miss happening on a trial run where Foust nearly loses control of his vehicle.
Remarkable what solid engineering and great driving can do and Foust bounces the car onto the landing ramp and rolls off of it to the side for another long step down to the pavement.
Kudos again to Team Hot Wheels and Foust.
