GreenGT LMPH2 revealed - set to race at 24 Hours of Le Mans 2012



Electric racer set to take part in an experimental race class at next year's 24 Hours of Le Mans

Here's a video of the GreenGT LMP H2 electric racer doing a demonstration lap at the Le Mans circuit recently as the car is going to take part in an experimental race class at next year's 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The ACO (Automobile Club de L'Ouest), the association responsible for the Le Mans race, made the announcement at a press conference last week.
Swiss-based GreenGT will develop the car further in the coming year which will be hydrogen-fueled and hold 12 kg of hydrogen in 700 bar high-pressure tanks fitted to the car. Output on the electric racer is expected to be 300kW (402 bhp / 408 PS).
The driver in the video posted here below is veteran Christian Pescatori who will also serve as the development driver for the car.
